Within this 4-month program you will receive 1:1 coaching & consulting, a personalized and progressive workout & nutrition plan aimed to help you reach your goals, improve your overall health and wellness and create lasting habits.

 

Who is it for? This program specializes in helping the modern, hardworking male who is looking to lose weight and take control of their nutrition for good while learning how to improve and optimize their Total Testosterone levels naturally. Whether you’re a busy career driven father, single dad, ex-athlete or weekend warrior; we're here to help you maximize your fitness and nutrition so you can still have time to tend to your family and/or busy work/social life schedule.

 

When does it take place? The program is officially open as of September 1st, 2024.  

 

What can you expect? – By following the path Sean lays out for you, you can expect to lose up to 40 lbs of excess fat in 16-weeks while increasing strength, energy and lean muscle.
