Meet Sean...

 

“I'm now in my early 40's and when it comes to my personal fitness lifestyle; I still love to play (have fun) while finding ways to release my (healthy) competitive side." - Sean Ferguson, Founder

 

I began playing organized sports when I was 6 yo. Then, at 13 yo I was introduced to weight training. That was 30 years ago and to this day I  have never stopped training and staying active. Needless to say, fitness has been a major part of my life since I was young. I've had a deep love for many forms of movement and exercise through sports and recreational activities. In 2007, I decided to become a personal trainer. My professional career has evolved from personal trainer; working for private and commercial gyms, to where I am today which is a Fitness Lifestyle Coach, Transformation Specialist and Weight Loss Consultant. 

I used to use the gym as my main focus for my health. Then in 2014 when I embarked on a mental health and spiritual journey as well as underwent a battery of testing for significant digestive distress, I began to realize health and fitness was much more than lifting weights. Over the course of about 6 years, I learned the importance of wellness through stress management, nutrition, sleep and lifestyle habit changes that would help me in ways I never could have imagined. 

I also brought back as well as introduced new forms of recreational activities to add value to my mental health such as hiking, tennis, golf, snowboarding and wakeboarding to name a few. It became very clear to me that longevity is a multi-faceted approach that involves learning how to take care of yourself in many areas of life. 

The people I have met and have had the pleasure of helping and witnessing life changing results since I began my career in 2007 has been one the biggest blessings in my life.  I have also experienced a personal wellness  and spiritual transformation and so it has been my honor giving back to those out there who seek what they deserve, optimal health and well-being. 

 

Besides achieving the results you're after, what you can expect working with me is a straightforward  path along with a well-rounded plan toward your own unique health and fitness lifestyle. I am passionate about helping people who are near or over 40 who struggle with the demands of a hectic work/life schedule or who are holding on to the belief, “I'll never get back to where I once was.” 

Just because you work in front of a computer; have kids; lack energy/time; feel weaker or have gained weight doesn’t mean this is “the beginning of the end."

Through the many people /  clients that have come before you, take comfort in knowing that there is no better time than now to build a healthier lifestyle so that you can participate and enjoy in as many activities and recreation that you deserve and that life has to offer.

  • 2013 1st place finisher in Open Men’s Bodybuilding - middleweight div. Vancouver, WA All Natural NPC competition
