Inspired My Mission
My Path to a Life in Motion
I've been passionate about movement for as long as I can remember. I was 6 years old when I started playing organized sports, and by 13, I was introduced to and immediately hooked on weight training. Something about challenging my body and mind through exercise and sports lit a fire in me that's never gone out.
In 2007, I turned that passion into a career, working as a personal trainer in both private studios and big-box gyms.
The Gym Alone Wasn't Enough
In 2014, I hit a wall. Despite everything I knew about training, I was struggling with my mental health, my digestion was a mess, and I just didn't feel like myself. That experience forced me to zoom out and look at the whole picture: sleep, nutrition, training, daily movement, hydration, and stress management. This work was the foundation for both my perspective and my approach to fitness and health and wellness.
Over the next six years, I rebuilt my approach to a fitness lifestyle, and I learned how much more powerful fitness becomes when it's supported by deep, intentional self-care. I also reconnected with movement as joy, not just discipline: running, hiking, tennis, snowboarding, golf. Play became just as important to me as progress.
This personal transformation didn't just change my life, it revolutionized how I work with clients. I evolved from personal trainer to Fitness Lifestyle Coach, Transformation Specialist, and Weight Loss Consultant, armed with hard-won wisdom about what real, lasting change requires.

Why I Focus on Men Over 35
Today, I'm in my mid 40s, and I love working with men in a similar life stage. Guys who are starting to feel the wear and tear of sitting too much, working too hard, and putting themselves last. I see a lot of men who were once athletic, or at least active, and feel like those days are behind them.
But I've seen what's actually possible. And I love helping them discover it too.
You don't need to go back to being who you were in your 20s. But you can absolutely become stronger, leaner, more energized, more present, and more confident in your 40s and beyond. It’s not about starting over, it’s starting smarter and my programs are designed to provide you with the right strategy and fresh mindset while having someone in your corner.
My Approach
Most men have been taught to solve problems by trying to push through them, alone. That sense of rugged individualism or to never show weakness wired in us from a young age has its limitations. When those former life-strategies aren’t working then it’s time to figure out what can serve your betterment going forward.
This is where my approach to transformation is different. I combine proven training methods with lifestyle coaching and a support system that helps you break through personal barriers that have been holding you back. Together, we’ll look at what's working, what's not, and develop a sustainable system that builds you up without burning you out.
My Mission
Having experienced my own personal wellness and spiritual transformation, I understand firsthand the journey from feeling stuck and alone to thriving and connected. The people I've helped achieve life-changing results since 2007 have been one of the biggest blessings in my life. It has been my honor giving back to those out there who seek what they deserve: optimal health and well-being.
Coaching with me isn't about grinding harder. It's about building smarter daily and weekly habits and routine. I'll challenge you, support you, and give you the tools to thrive in your health which can offer a platform of inspiration for improvement in other areas of life that you want to feel more successful.
